How does Allure Alley work?

How long is the rental period?

The rental period is set as min 4 days and you can rent as long as you wish, with additional fee set per day (Check with us!). We recommend delivering the gown to you 1-2 days prior the event date.

When should I book an appointment?

We recommend that you make an appointment 1 to 3 months prior the event date, to reserve your desired dress and have sufficient time for alteration if required.

What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?

We cover the minor stains as we understand that it is inevitable after wearing the gown. If the gown is badly stained or damaged, we will assess the seriousness of it. If required, you will be charged with the minor repair fees or full retail price if the gown is beyond repair. Please handle the gown with care, like we do!

Can I cancel or change my order?

We allow cancellations/change of order at least a week before the scheduled delivery/pick up date. There is no refund for cancellation but will be replaced with store credits of same value, with 6 months validity. For replacement order, it will have to be of same value or more, of previous order. No refund of difference in value.

What are the late charges?

For late return of gowns, there will be an additional charge of $30/day. As our products are unique and irreplaceable, we heavily rely on every customer to return on time to satisfy the next customers! We will inform you and charged accordingly to your debit/credit card that you used for your order.

What if I need alterations?

Alteration is available upon request. We do temporary alterations but please understand that not all areas/gowns can be altered. This is to preserve the conditions of the gowns. For express alterations required less than 3 days, there will be a surcharge of $20.

Payment method?

We accept cash, debit/credit card as payment method. For cash payment, we will require an additional valid debit/credit card to charge any outstanding/additional fees incurred before return the item.
